Karachi, May 07, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that at the Board meeting held on 27th April, 2013, Mr. Mansoor F. Baweja has been Co-opted as Director in place of Mr. Shaikh Ferozuddin Baweja, who shall held the office for the remainder of the term of Mr. Shaikh Ferozuddin Baweja who sadly passed away on 6th April, 2013.

The Board has also Co-opted Mr. Mansoor F. Baweja as Chairman of the Board.
