Karachi, Pakistan International Airlines Corp. has been granted an extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the new deadline for the AGM is now set for May 29, 2024.
