Karachi: Pakistani and Chinese companies have entered into an agreement aimed at enhancing cooperation in the leather industry. This partnership is expected to elevate Pakistan’s position in the global leather market, particularly enhancing the visibility and distribution of products like handbags, purses, suitcases, and belts.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) played a crucial role in facilitating this agreement. The collaboration is anticipated to not only boost Pakistan’s leather industry but also increase the international exposure of its leather products, meeting the rising global demand.
