Board Meeting of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba Rescheduled for July 18

Lahore: The Board of Directors of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba has rescheduled a critical meeting originally planned for July 18, 2024, at their Lahore office. This meeting, set to address issues beyond the Modaraba’s financial outcomes, remains scheduled for the same date but has been shifted to a new time or conditions that were not disclosed.

The company also announced a “Closed Period” from July 12 to July 18, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this measure is designed to prevent any insider trading during times when significant corporate decisions are made.

Stakeholders, particularly the Certificate Holders of the Exchange, have been advised of these changes to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and maintain transparency in corporate governance practices.
