Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Nationals Proceeds, Over 15,000 Return in Two Weeks

Karachi: The ongoing process of repatriating Afghans who reside illegally in Pakistan has seen significant progress, with 15,727 individuals returning to Afghanistan in the last two weeks. This continues the broader effort to address the issue of illegal residency.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the recent returns bring the total number of Afghan returnees to 653,154. This initiative is part of a structured campaign to manage and regulate the presence of foreign nationals residing in Pakistan without proper documentation.
