Pakistan’s Ambassador to Bahrain meets Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa

Islamabad, April 14, 2016 (PPI-OT):Pakistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Javed Malik met with HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain and discussed with him various ways to expand the bilateral relations between both countries. While welcoming Ambassador Javed Malik, Prince Salman paid tribute to the strong and friendly relations between both countries and stressed the importance further deepening ties with Pakistan, which he said were firmly grounded in strong cooperation across all strategic sectors. Ambassador Javed Malik highlighted the opportunities of further expanding the business, trade and commercial relations between Pakistan and Bahrain.

He briefed the Crown Prince on the various steps being taken by the government to ensure stability and create opportunities for foreign investment into Pakistan, and proposed the idea of establishing Pakistan-Bahrain Business Council aimed at creating a platform to promote cooperation between business communities from both sides, and work towards expanding our economic tries. The Crown Prince welcomed the idea and assured Ambassador Javed Malik of his support.
