PICIC Insurance Limited to Review Quarterly Accounts in Upcoming Board Meeting

Karachi, PICIC Insurance Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for April 26, 2024, to review the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will take place in Karachi.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, PICIC Insurance has announced a “Closed Period” from April 20, 2024, to April 26, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares.

The company has advised that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of these developments.
