Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has assured Gilgit-Baltistan's political leadership of every possible cooperation from the Federation.
Chairing a Gilgit-Baltistan cabinet meeting in Gilgit today, he advised the leadership to become self-reliant by fully utilizing the agricultural potential of the arable land instead of relying on government subsidies.
The Prime Minister said all sectors have to focus on creating self-sufficiency to put country's economy on the path of recovery.
He directed the authorities concerned to formulate a comprehensive plan for the economic recovery of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar warned that fanning anarchy in the name of religion is intolerable and strict action will be taken against such persons.
On the occasion, the Cabinet members gave suggestions to the Prime Minister to bring investment and business development in Gilgit-Baltistan.
