Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today visited the residence of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F), to discuss the current political situation in the country.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting was cordial, with both leaders exchanging views on the overall and political circumstances facing the nation. The Prime Minister conveyed his good wishes to Maulana Fazlur Rehman, who reciprocated with a warm welcome.

Accompanying the Prime Minister were Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Federal Ministers Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi and Attaullah Tarar, highlighting the significance of the discussions.
