Larkana, June 21, 2013 (PPI-OT): President Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned the attack on a madrassah in Gulshan Colony, Peshawar today resulting into the loss of precious lives while injuring many others.
While strongly condemning the attack during Friday prayer, the President said that such cowardly and heinous acts by the militants can not weaken nation’s resolve to pursue its struggle against militancy and the fight against this scourge would continue till its logical conclusion.
Expressing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families, the President prayed for the departed souls and also for the courage of the families to bear their losses with fortitude.
He directed the concerned to ensure that best medical assistance is provided to the injured.
