AJK Chief Election Commissioner Presents Annual Performance Report to President

Muzaffarabad, In a significant meeting at the President’s House, Kashmir House Islamabad, Chief Election Commissioner of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Justice Retired Abdul Rasheed Salharia, presented the 2023 annual performance report of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission to President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry. The presentation highlighted the past year’s achievements and operational challenges of the commission.

According to Press Information Department – Azad Jammu and Kashmir, during the meeting, Justice Retired Abdul Rasheed Salharia provided an in-depth briefing on various aspects of the commission’s performance. The meeting was also attended by Secretary of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission, Raja Muhammad Shakeel Khan, and Municipal Election Commissioner, Raja Rashid Mehmood, ensuring a comprehensive review of the electoral processes and initiatives undertaken in the past year.
