President Ilham lays floral wreath at monument of Pakistan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Islamabad today on a two-day official visit to Pakistan.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif warmly received the President of Azerbaijan at Nur Khan Air Base.

President Ilham Aliyev also visited Shakar Paryan in Islamabad and laid floral wreath at monument of Pakistan.

During the visit, President Aliyev will hold meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari.

The two sides will engage in wide-ranging discussions on areas of mutual interest to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Several Agreements and MoUs are expected to be signed during the visit.
