President urges MNFSR to enhance export of mangoes

President Dr. Arif Alvi has asked the Ministry of National Food Security and Research to chalk out a plan of action focusing on enhancing export of mangoes.

Chairing a meeting to increase the export of mangoes through trade diplomacy in Islamabad today [Thursday], he said that value addition and an aggressive marketing strategy is needed to be devised with an object to explore new markets for mango exports.

Dr. Arif Alvi remarked that Pakistan needed to upgrade its current marketing strategy to enhance the export of Pakistani mangoes.
