Punjab Govt approves minimum support price of wheat at Rs3900 per 40kg

Punjab government has accorded approval to fix minimum support price of wheat at 3900 rupees per forty kilogram for current season.

It was decided at a meeting of Provincial Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore today.

The Chief Minister also approved wheat procurement policy for next year.

She also accorded approval to create a Special Speedy Trial Court, wherein matters involving child abuse and rape would be expeditiously resolved.
