Punjab Public Service Commission Withdraws Architectural Officer Positions

Lahore: The Public Service Commission of Punjab has officially withdrawn multiple architectural officer positions previously announced under various municipal and tehsil administrations. The positions affected include those of Tehsil Officer (Architecture), Municipal Officer (Architecture), DMO (Architecture), and AMO (Architecture), initially advertised in 2020.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the decision to withdraw these posts, listed under Advertisement No 36/2020, Serial No 336, and Case No. 125-RG/2020, was made by the Administrative Department, Local Government and Community Development Department. This withdrawal reflects changes in staffing requirements and departmental restructuring.

The commission has also provided guidance for candidates who have already applied and paid the application fees for these now-withdrawn positions. Applicants may redirect their paid Treasury Challan towards any other single post advertised by the Commission within the upcoming year, allowing them to transfer their application to a new opportunity without additional financial burden.
