Ferozewala, January 05, 2014 (PPI-OT): Federal Minister for Defence Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain said the government has inherited grave issues like load shedding, price hike, security problems and corruption but it is determined to take the country out of this crisis situation and lead the people to economic prosperity and development.
The Minister was addressing a large gathering on Sunday at Rachna Town, Ferozewala after unveiling the plaque to mark completion of construction works of sewerage and roadways project worth Rs. 10 million.
The Minister said that under PML (N) government, the country was now treading on the path to progress and economic activities were gaining. He added that foreign investment was also contributing to country’s economic uplift.
The Minister earlier also participated in the 88th death anniversary ceremonies of prominent spiritual leader, Sher Mohammad Sharqpuri at Sharqpur. He was accompanied by PML (N) leadership and other notables of the area on this occasion.
