Rizwan Saeed Sheikh Assumes Role as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States

Islamabad: Rizwan Saeed Sheikh officially stepped into his new role as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States today, presenting his credentials during a formal ceremony at the US Department of State.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ceremony was attended by Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, Donald Lu, and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Elizabeth Horst. Ambassador Sheikh, during his address, expressed his commitment to strengthening Pak-US relations, focusing on increasing high-level interactions, economic ties, and people-to-people contacts.
