Saif Power Limited credits final cash dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share to shareholders

Karachi, Saif Power Limited has announced that the final cash dividend for the year ended 2022-12-31 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders of the company on May 4, 2023.

The dividend amounts to Rs. 2.50 per share, which is equivalent to 25% of the share’s face value. The shareholders who are entitled to the dividend will receive the payment in their bank accounts linked with their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts.

The company has advised shareholders to ensure that their CDS accounts are up to date with their latest bank account information. The payment has been made through the electronic transfer mode to ensure quick and efficient delivery of funds to the shareholders.
