Karachi, November 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is for the information of all the concerned that as per approval accorded in the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on 17th October, 2012:-

Dividend Warrants in respect of Final Dividend for the year ended 30th June, 2012 @ 65% (Rs.6.50 Per Share) has been dispatched by Registered Post/ Courier Service to the Shareholders at their addresses as per Company’s record, on 15th November, 2012.

Shareholders who do not receive the Dividend Warrants within 7 days from the date of dispatch are requested to contact the Share Registrar at the following address:
