Sanofi Aventis Pakistan Limited Announces Change of Directors

Karachi, Sanofi Aventis Pakistan Limited has announced on Monday that three of its directors have resigned from their positions. The resignations of Hennes Martet, Marc-Antoine Lucchini, and Naira Admyan are effective immediately as of April 28, 2023.

However, the company has also stated that three new directors have joined its board with effect from April 28, 2023. The new directors include Syed Anis Ahmad Shah, Sajjad Iftikhar, and Iqra Sajjad.
