Lahore, Saritow Spinning Mills Ltd. has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange of its upcoming transfer book closure, set from March 16, 2024, to March 22, 2024. The company, however, did not announce any dividend or bonus/rights issue for the shareholders. The trading of shares ex-price will commence from March 22, 2024, at 11:00 am, as per the company’s notice.
