Secure Logistics Group Requests Extension for Annual General Meeting Amid IPO Preparations

Karachi, Secure Logistics Group Limited (SLG) has formally requested an extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. According to the company’s recent submission to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE), the original deadline to convene the AGM was set for April 30, 2024.

SLG attributes the delay to the significant workload and the team’s involvement in preparing for the company’s listing on the PSE through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has proposed a new deadline of May 31, 2024, for conducting the AGM and has assured compliance with future timelines.
