Karachi: Security Papers Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 30, 2024, to review the company’s Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 23 to July 30, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
