Senators meet CPA Secretary General in London

Pakistani lawmakers emphasize need to abide by parliamentary norms and vowed to work towards this goal.

This determination was expressed by a delegation of Senators including Agha Shahzaib Durrani, Faisal Saleem, and Ashraf Ali Jatoi during their meeting with Secretary General of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Stephen Twigg in London.

During the meeting they discussed various issues, including the vacant seats on the executive committee of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Pakistani politics, and the importance of resolving global issues through mutual dialogue and parliamentary practices.

The Secretary General expressed interest in visiting Pakistan and further solidifying the partnership between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
