Shaheen Insurance Company Limited to Hold Election for Directors at Extra Ordinary General Meeting

Karachi, Shaheen Insurance Company Limited has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2023, during which the election of directors will take place.

The company has received notice from eight individuals expressing their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors.

These candidates include retired Air Marshal Muhammad Arif Pervaiz, retired Air Vice Marshal Salman Ahsan Bokhari, retired Air Commodore Tausif Sadiq, retired Air Commodore Wasim Ahmed Khan, Mr. Adeel Ali, Ms. Farrah Azeem Khan, Mr. Jehangir Shah, and Mr. Muhammad Qasim. As the number of candidates exceeds the number of directors fixed by the Board of Directors, a total of seven directors will be elected in accordance with the Companies Act 2017 at the upcoming EOGM.
