Karachi, April 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on April 09, 2013 has appointed Mr. Ismail H. Zakaria as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Ayoob as Chief Executive of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 09-04-2013.
