Shakarganj Mills Limited’s notice of board meeting

Karachi, July 18, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that 156th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Shakarganj Mills Limited (SGML) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 25 July 2013, at 11:45 A.M. at the Mills Premises of the Crescent Textile Mills Limited, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements of the company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 30 June 2013.

Further, we also wish to inform you that close period as defined in clause xxvi of The Karachi Stock Exchanges Limited Regulations No. 35 (Code of Corporate Governance) will start from 18 July 2013 to 25 July 2013, during which no Director, CEO or Executive of the company shall directly or indirectly deal in any manner in the shares of the company.
