Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori recently expressed profound reverence for the late Iranian President Shaheed Ibrahim Raisi, describing him as a pivotal leader of the Muslim Ummah during a condolence meeting in Karachi.
According to Sindh Governor House, Tesori shared his thoughts at a gathering organized by the Jafaria Alliance, where he also led a special prayer for the departed leader. He highlighted Raisi’s significant contributions, particularly concerning Palestine, viewing them as emblematic of the aspirations of the Muslim community. The Governor recounted his personal interactions with Raisi, referring to them as treasured moments and voiced his disbelief over Raisi’s demise.
Further emphasizing his respect, Tesori disclosed plans to soon visit Iran to pay his respects at Raisi’s grave, underscoring the deep impact Raisi had on him and his governance perspective.
