Sitara Energy Limited’s change in date of board meeting

Karachi, September 20, 2012 (PPI-OT): Please refer to our letter dated September 7, 2012 in respect of Board of Directors Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 4:30 pm, to consider and approve Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012.

In this respect, we would like to inform you that since the Government of Pakistan has announced a public holiday on Friday, September 21, 2012, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is now re-scheduled on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Sitara Tower, Bilal Chowk, New Civil Lines, Faisalabad. Hence, the closed period will be upto September 22, 2012.
