Ski Federation of Pakistan holds technical delegates seminar

Islamabad, November 12, 2015 (PPI-OT): A two day Technical Delegates Seminar of Ski Federation of Pakistan was held at Air Headquarters Islamabad. The representatives and members of various ski associations, including PAF, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Sindh and Punjab participated in the seminar. Air Marshal Saeed Muhammad Khan, Vice Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force who is also the President Ski Federation of Pakistan, presided over this seminar.

The Seminar was organized under the auspices of SFP to provide the latest information about the current rules and regulations and developments in the International Ski Federation. The President Ski Federation of Pakistan highlighted the contributions of SFP and reiterated that the best training facilities both inland and abroad would be provided to bring our skiers at par with the international standards.

Air Commodore Syed Qaswar Abbas Naqvi, secretary General Ski Federation of Pakistan briefed the participants that the latest changes have been incorporated in all the Ski events according to the rules and regulations of International Ski Federation. The representatives of various associations gave their inputs for the forthcoming ski events to be held at Naltar Ski Resort.
