Soneri Bank Limited’s Notice of Book Closure for determination of Rights entitlements @ 33.25%

Karachi: Reference our letter bearing No. SBL/Secy/KSE/175 dated 26 May 2011 on the captioned subject wherein announcement of Book Closure from 02 June 2011 to 05 June 2011 (both days inclusive) was made to determine the Rights entitlements @ 33.25%.

In third Para of the said letter, date of 27 May 2011 was given as entitlements date which may be corrected to read as 01 June 2011.

Therefore, Transfers received at Company’s Share Registrar Office at their following address, by the close of business on or before 01 May 2011 will be treated in time for the purposes of determination of right entitlements.
