Special persons important part of society: Punjab Governor

Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider says special persons are an important part of society.

He was talking to a delegation of Blind Professional Association that called on him in Lahore today.

He said it is the duty of both the government and society to create facilities for special individuals.
