Karachi, Substantial shareholder Taimur Hayat Khan Noon has acquired shares in Noon Sugar Mills Limited, as per the disclosure required under Clause 5.6.4 of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions involved the purchase of 46,820 shares over two days. On May 30, 2024, Mr. Noon purchased 10,000 shares at a price of PKR 103.40 each and on May 31, 2024, he acquired an additional 36,820 shares at PKR 105.63 each. Both transactions were electronically registered into the Central Depository System (CDS).
The company has confirmed that these transactions will be presented at the subsequent board meeting. The details of these transactions have been disseminated to all concerned as required by regulatory provisions.
