Sui Southern Gas Company Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Review Interim Financial Statements

Karachi, The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, March 9, 2024, to review the interim financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2022. The meeting aims to discuss various matters, including the possibility of declaring any entitlements.

In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, particularly Clause 5.6.4, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from Saturday, March 2, 2024, to Saturday, March 9, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO/MD, and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the shares of the company.

The notice has been issued to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange regarding the scheduled board meeting and the associated Closed Period.
