Karachi, The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO) has announced the issuance of its Sukuk Certificates 3rd Issue. The company, one of Pakistan’s leading power generation companies, aims to raise funds through this offering to support its ongoing projects and strengthen its financial position.
As part of the process, HUBCO has declared the closure of its Sukuk Transfer Books from May 19, 2023, to May 21, 2023, both days inclusive. During this period, shareholders and potential investors will not be able to transfer their Sukuk holdings.
The closure of the Sukuk Transfer Books allows HUBCO to maintain an accurate record of Sukuk ownership and facilitates the efficient processing of transactions related to the issuance.
