Karachi: Please refer to your letter No.KEL/COR/SECP/2011/115, dated August 19, 2011, regarding the above mentioned subject.

2. In this context, I am directed to inform you that the Competent Authority has granted the requisite permission to Kohinoor Energy Limited (the “Company”) to hold its AGM in Lahore preferably at Head Office of the Company situated at KEL Plant site Raiwind Bypass Lahore, instead of Islamabad where the registered office of the Company is situated.
