The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s change of name

Karachi: We would like to inform you that the name of “New Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited” has been changed to “JUBILEE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED” as per Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued on 17.10.2011 by the Joint Registrar of Companies, Company Registration Office, Islamabad.

We also confirm that our existing share certificates in the old name of the company i.e. New Jubilee Insurance Company Limited shall remain valid and once the said Share certificates come to Shares Registrar of the Company for transfer purpose, the necessary amendment/correction will then be made accordingly.
