Karachi, August 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors is to be held on Monday the August 27, 2012 at Registered Office, Karachi at 11.00 a.m. to consider and approve the Financial Results and Statements for the 2nd Quarter 2012 (April to June).
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from “20.08.2012 to 27.08.2012” as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No.37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
