Tragic incidents claim lives in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu, Recent tragic events in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have led to multiple casualties, including an elderly man found dead under mysterious circumstances and a severe road accident that resulted in two deaths and numerous injuries.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the body of 64-year-old Krishan Chand was discovered at the old Chenani Minibus stand in Udhampur district. Local residents who found the body promptly notified the police, who have since moved the body to District Hospital Udhampur for a postmortem to ascertain the cause of death.

In a separate incident in the Akhnoor area of Jammu district, a road accident claimed the lives of 26-year-olds Divyansh Bhagat and Kewal Kumar, while also critically injuring 17 others. The accident occurred when an inexperienced cleaner operating the vehicle lost control. Additionally, another tragic discovery was made in the Mandhar area of Poonch district, where the body of 60-year-old Muhammad Ayub was found in a nallah.

These incidents follow a particularly deadly accident on May 30, where 22 people died and 69 were injured at Tungi Morh area in Tanda Village of Akhnoor.
