Shirani’s First Female Deputy Commissioner Enforces Strict Attendance and Oversight of Development Projects

Shirani, Deputy Commissioner Sana Majbeen Imrani has instituted stringent attendance requirements for all government employees in Shirani district, emphasizing that any form of negligence or absenteeism will be met with formal legal actions. This move is part of a broader effort to ensure the timely and standard completion of development projects within the district.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during a briefing by district officers who also congratulated her on her historic appointment as the first female Deputy Commissioner of Shirani, Imrani outlined her directives for improving operational efficiency. She has ordered department heads to submit detailed lists of ongoing development projects and announced plans to personally review these projects to identify and resolve any potential delays or issues.

Imrani’s directives also include mandatory bi-weekly duty in Shirani Town for all department heads to bolster the functionality of the District Headquarters. She emphasized that strict adherence to these rules is crucial for maintaining governance standards and ensuring the successful implementation of development initiatives in the district.
