U.S. Ambassador Discusses Economic and Security Cooperation with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister

Islamabad, In a meeting today between U.S. Ambassador Donald Blome and Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, key issues of mutual interest were discussed, including counterterrorism, economic reforms, and regional security challenges.

According to Embassy of the United States of America, Ambassador Blome expressed strong support for Pakistan’s ongoing economic reforms and emphasized the importance of enhancing business-to-business connections and creating an attractive climate for investors. The discussions also covered potential investment opportunities, particularly in the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors, aiming to strengthen bilateral cooperation in these areas.
