US Consul General and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Discuss Expanded Collaboration

Peshawar, US Consul General Shante Moore met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur to discuss further expanding collaborative efforts under USAID in various sectors such as public health, education, and infrastructure. The meeting, which also included high-ranking provincial officials, focused on initiatives supported by USAID and the need for continued and enhanced cooperation.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Moore outlined the US government’s commitment to advancing public welfare in the province across multiple sectors. Chief Minister Gandapur emphasized the provincial government’s efforts in technical education, water, sanitation, and the development of underprivileged areas, including the newly annexed districts. He expressed a keen interest in securing more support from donor organizations like USAID to further these initiatives.
