A three-day conference on Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem Nexus for the Security of OIC Countries will begin in Islamabad on Monday.
Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani and Senator Sherry Rehman will jointly inaugurate the conference at Pakistan Academy of Sciences.
Over one hundred and forty scientists, academicians, and scholars, industrialists and policy makers from Pakistan and thirteen delegates from OIC countries including Bangladesh, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Palestine, South Africa, Sudan, as well as Uzbekistan will participate in the event.
The event will focus on the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystem Nexus for the Security of the OIC countries.
