Karachi, October 25, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday October 31, 2012 at registered office, 20 Bilal Road, Civil Lines, Faisalabad to consider the Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The Company has declared the Close Period from October 24, 2012 to October 31, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deals in the share of the Company in any manner in Close Period.
