Karachi, June 19, 2023 (PPI-OT): Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri was met by the delegations of various business organizations of the city at the Governor House. Senior leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Dr Farooq Sattar was also present on this occasion. In the meeting, encroachments around the markets, discussion on ending load shedding and control of street crimes, health and sanitation situation, and other issues were discussed. Measures are being taken for this, in this regard, special attention is being given to the lining of roads, repair of footpaths, police patrolling around the markets will be increased soon. He said that traders are the backbone of the economy.
He said that traders are playing a significant role in the economic development of the country and the province, solving the problems of traders will increase the economic activities. The delegation thanked the Sindh Governor for listening to the issues in detail.
