Islamabad, Acting President Yousaf Raza Gillani has emphasized the need for maximum relief for the public in the upcoming budget, focusing on enhancing revenue collection and addressing inflation concerns.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussion took place during a meeting in Islamabad today where Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb briefed Acting President Gillani on the upcoming budget and the measures already taken to mitigate inflation. The Finance Minister highlighted that the recent decrease in inflation rates is a direct outcome of these government initiatives.
