Karachi, Agriauto Industries Limited has announced that its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on October 23, 2023, in Karachi. The meeting aims to address several important matters.
Agenda for the AGM:
Ordinary Business:
1. To receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ending June 30, 2023, along with the Chairman’s Review Report, Directors’ Report, and Auditors’ Report.
2. To appoint Auditors for the fiscal year 2023-24 and determine their remuneration. The Board Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have recommended M/s. A.F. Ferguson and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the auditors for appointment, replacing the retiring auditors, M/s. EY Ford Rhodes, Chartered Accountants.
3. To elect 7 (seven) Directors, as determined by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 25, 2023, for a term of 3 (three) years, in accordance with the provisions of Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.
