Karachi, In a recent notice, Ahmad Hassan Textile Mills Limited (AHTM) has announced its upcoming Board of Directors meeting slated for October 7, 2023. The primary agenda for this gathering is to deliberate on and approve the company’s Annual Accounts for the fiscal period ending on June 30, 2023. Additionally, the Board will consider the declaration of any entitlements to shareholders.

To adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain transparency, AHTM has declared a “closed period” from September 30, 2023, to October 7, 2023, inclusive of both dates. This practice is in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Rules Book.
