Karachi, In a recent emergent board meeting held on June 5, 2023, the Board of Directors of AI-Khair Gadoon Limited made significant recommendations, including an increase in the company’s authorized share capital and the announcement of an Extraordinary General Meeting. The decisions are subject to member approval and aim to enhance the company’s growth and shareholder engagement.

The first recommendation involves increasing the authorized share capital of AI-Khair Gadoon Limited from Rs. 120,000,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty million) to Rs. 300,000,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred million). This increase will result in a division of the capital into 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares with a face value of Rs. 10/- each. The proposal demonstrates the company’s ambition to expand its operations and seize new opportunities in the market.

To ensure transparent decision-making and provide an opportunity for members to voice their opinions, an Extraordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for June 26, 2023. The meeting will take place at the company’s Registered Office located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K.P.K.). As a result of the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, the share transfer books of AI-Khair Gadoon Limited will remain closed from June 19, 2023, to June 26, 2023, inclusive.
