AKD Securities Limited Sets Date for Board Meeting to Review Financials

Karachi, AKD Securities Limited has scheduled a board meeting for April 29, 2024, to discuss the company’s financial accounts for the third quarter and the first nine months of the year, which ended on March 31, 2024. The meeting will take place at 4:00 PM at the company’s registered office located at 602 Continental Trade Center, Block-8, Clifton, Karachi. It will be conducted in person and/or through video/audio link.

In accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, AKD Securities has initiated a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are restricted from buying or selling company shares.
